Kimmi can only vote for Nick, Nick can only vote for Kimmi. So they will not vote.

Debb will be the only one to vote, however, the choice may have already been made up for her by Rodger's immunity.

There is only a question for Debb this Tribal Council.

Honestly, I think this would be a harder decision for me if I felt like my vote was going to make a difference. I think Rodger actually has more of a say in who goes to the final 2 with me than I do.
